Calcium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function and are necessary for the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
Ingredients
Calcium citrate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7), hydroxypropylcellulose; caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin D (cholecalciferol).
Gluten-free.

Directions for use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, swallowed with a large glass of water.
