Directions for use and dosage
1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule as is or open it and dissolve the contents in 20 ml (minimum volume) of water or other warm or cold liquid. The product can be taken in small amounts. Can be taken at any time of the day.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
The product contains probiotics, sensitive to heat, so it is recommended to avoid exposure to heat sources or sudden changes in temperature, to store it away from light and preferably at a temperature below 25°C.
