Food supplement based on Vitamin D3. Vitamin D is synthesized in the skin following exposure to the sun and its synthesis can be reduced, especially during the winter months, when exposure to sunlight is modest.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, minerals useful for neuromuscular function and bone mineralization. It therefore contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D also promotes the physiological functioning of the immune system and supports regular muscle function.
