Indications

Curzaplex is a natural supplement with synergistic and complementary activity based on highly bioavailable Curcumin, with Saffron, Black Pepper, Phosphatidylcholine and vitamin D3, useful for counteracting the action of free radicals, chronic inflammation and the resulting premature cellular and tissue aging. Due to its fat solubility, curcumin has low intestinal absorption and high hepatic metabolization, resulting in poor bioavailability. To improve the absorption and bioavailability of curcumin, various strategies have been adopted in the supplement:

• The turmeric extract is present at a high dosage (500 mg);
• The use of an extract with a high curcumin content (95%);
• The use of a booster (Piperine) which, by increasing the blood flow to the affected organs, promotes the absorption of curcumin and by blocking the CYP33A4 enzyme, prolongs its biological activity;
• The addition of a surfactant (Polysorbate) which, by forming micelles around the curcumin granule, reduces the steric repulsion forces of the cell wall, consequently promoting transport and absorption;
• The association with lecithins (Phosphatidylcholine) to create liposomal structures (lipid bilayer micelles) to increase absorption. enteric;
• The use of a highly refined curcumin, especially with regard to the size of the particles which in the extract used vary from 6 to 48 mcm, compared to approximately 177 in normal extracts: this It creates a larger absorption surface than the surface of normal curcumin extracts (absorption increases from a minimum of 7 to a maximum of 29 times and from a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 66 times greater than the absorption surface of curcumin phospholipid alone.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking one tablet per day for medium-long term supplementary support and two per day for supplementary support in acute inflammatory phases and degenerative states. It is preferable to take the product immediately after meals.
