Indications
Crampact Notte by F & F is a food supplement based on Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Vitamin C, Creatine, MSM, Coenzyme Q10, Zinc, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin D, useful for normal muscle function. Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Potassium, Magnesium and Vitamin B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium, Vitamin B6 and Vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin D and Calcium contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 2 sachets per day, preferably in the evening after a meal. Dissolve the contents of each sachet in a glass of water of approximately 200ml. The presence of any powder agglomerates inside the sachet does not affect the quality of the product.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Storage
Store the product in a cool, dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, away from sources of heat and humidity. The expiry date refers to the product when stored correctly, in its intact packaging.
