Contralt is a food supplement based on Magnesium, L-Tryptophan, E.S. TIT. Boswellia, E.S. TIT. Melissa.
Magnesium bisglycinate is a form of magnesium in which the mineral is bound to an organic compound (two glycine molecules), allowing the mineral to be absorbed highly at intestinal level. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological and muscular function. It also reduces tiredness and fatigue and contributes to normal energy metabolism.
Tryptophan is an amino acid found in many animal and plant proteins. It is an essential nutrient, meaning it cannot be synthesized by the body and must therefore be consumed through the diet. It is the only precursor of serotonin and melatonin.
Boswellic acids are triterpene complexes extracted from Boswellia, a plant known for its ability to counteract localized states of tension. In particular, the selected Boswellia extracts are titrated in acetyl-11-keto-βboswellic acid (AKBA), known for its ability to inhibit the activity of 5-lipoxygenase.
Melissa has a predominantly anxiolytic action on the nervous system without decreasing the capacity for attention and vigilance and without causing drowsiness.
The beneficial effects of lemon balm are also reflected on smooth muscles, with spasmolytic and relaxing action. Calms muscle nervousness caused by tiredness and overexcitement, performing a muscle relaxant effect.
Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1-2 sachets per day, as prescribed by your doctor.
