Indications
Food supplement based on phytosterols, red rice and olive polyphenols, with fenugreek and linseed oil. Fenugreek contributes to the metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol, linseed oil which contributes to the metabolism of lipids.
Gluten-free and lactose-free.
Ingredients
Sterolic esters titrated in sterols and stanols, with ascorbic acid esters with fatty acids (E304) and extract rich in tocopherol (E306), edible gelatin; firming agent: glycerol (E422); monacolins from fermented red rice, olive (Olea europaea L. dry extract, fructus) titrated in polyphenols, flax (Linum usitatissimum L. oleum), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L. dry extract, semen); colorings: iron oxides (E172).

Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 1 capsule per day for 60 days, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor.
Warnings
The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet, which includes regular consumption of fruit and vegetables to help maintain carotenoid levels. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplement with added plant sterols and stanols. Avoid consuming more than 3 g/day of added plant sterols and stanols. Colesia is intended for people who need to control their blood cholesterol levels. Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18, and adults over 70. Consult your doctor if you have any health problems. It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medications. It should not be consumed if you are already consuming products containing red yeast rice. Consumption of more than 3 mg/day of red yeast rice monacolins should be avoided.
Storage
The expiration date refers to the product when stored correctly in its intact packaging. Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
