Food supplement for the control of cholesterol levels.

Indications

Colesia is a supplement based on phytosterols, red rice and olive polyphenols, with fenugreek and linseed oil.
It contains fenugreek which contributes to the metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol and linseed oil which contributes to the metabolism of lipids.

Ingredients

Sterol esters titrated in sterols and stanols, with esters of ascorbic acid with fatty acids (E 304) and extract rich in tocopherol (E306), food gelatin; firming agent: glycerol (E 422); monacolins from fermented red rice, olive (Olea europaea L. dry extract, fructus) titrated in polyphenols; flax (Linum usitatissimum L. oleum), fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L. dry extract, semen); colorings: iron oxides (E172).

Gluten-free and lactose-free.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take one capsule daily for at least 30 days, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Food supplement with added plant sterols and stanols.
Consumption of more than 3 g/day of added plant sterols and stanols should be avoided.
Should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18 years of age, and adults over 70 years of age.
In case of health problems, consult your doctor.
Should not be consumed if you are taking medications to lower cholesterol.
Do not consume if you are already consuming products containing red yeast rice.
Consumption of more than 3 mg/day of monacolins from red yeast rice should be avoided.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources.
The expiry date refers to the product stored correctly in its intact packaging.
