Indications

Food supplement based on monacolins from fermented red rice, tocopherols and tocotrienols, coenzyme Q10 and fenugreek. Fenugreek contributes to the metabolism of cholesterol and triglycerides. Colenorm Plus Cholesterol works thanks to the synergy of its active ingredients.

• Fermented red rice is obtained from the fermentation of common rice, Oryza sativa, by a particular yeast called Monascus purpureus; During its fermentation activity, this yeast is enriched with a group of substances called monacolins, which have been attributed with a cholesterol-lowering effect.
• Coenzyme Q10 is a fundamental molecule for the correct functioning of many organs and for carrying out numerous chemical reactions; furthermore, it helps supply cells with energy and has an antioxidant action.
• Tocopherols and tocotrienols contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
• Fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum graecum) contributes to the metabolism of cholesterol and triglycerides.

Ingredients

Bulking agents: sorbitol, cellulose, calcium phosphates, hydroxypropyl cellulose; anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; blend of tocopherols and tocotrienols; monacolins (extract of red rice fermented with Monascus purpureus titrated in monacolins); glazing agents: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fatty acids, cellulose, glycerol; L-arginine (11 mg/tablet), coenzyme Q-10, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum graecum L., seeds) dry extract, conjugated linoleic acid (of which linoleic acid 6.24 mg/tablet); emulsifier: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should not be taken in case of:

• pregnancy and breastfeeding;
• under 18 years of age and over 70 years of age;
• if taking cholesterol-lowering drugs;
• if taking other products containing red yeast rice.

It is recommended not to consume a daily amount equal to or greater than 3 mg of monacolins from red yeast rice. If you have any health problems, consult your doctor before taking this product. The product contains polyols; excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, avoid exposure to localized heat sources, sunlight, and contact with water. The expiration date refers to the product when stored correctly and in its intact packaging.
