Indications
Coenzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like substance that is widespread in nature. It is also present in the human body, mainly in the mitochondria. In the human body, Q10 is found mainly in organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys. In a healthy organism, the necessary amount of Q10 is guaranteed by endogenous synthesis. With age and with the use of medications such as statins, the Q10 content in serum and tissues decreases.
Coenzyme Q10 intervenes in the protection of cells thanks to its powerful antioxidant action, and improves the use of oxygen at the cellular level and the production of energy by mitochondria. In the skin, it acts against peroxides that damage collagen and elastin, thus preventing the loss of elasticity and the formation of wrinkles. Coenzyme Q10 also plays a valuable role in improving athletic performance as it helps reduce the feeling of fatigue and the risk of injury.

Bulking agent: Pregelatinized corn starch, coenzyme Q10 (ubidecarenone); Edible gelatin; Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

Directions for use
It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, divided into two doses half an hour before meals.
