Directions for use
Adults: 2 tablespoons per day. Children over 3 years of age: 2 teaspoons per day.
Warnings
Dietary supplementation with fiber may be contraindicated in some pathological situations such as particular gastrointestinal conditions and may interfere with the absorption of some medications, for which reason medical advice is necessary. Fiber supplementation is not recommended for children in early childhood. The product contains lactulose, mannitol, and medicinal extracts that may have laxative effects. It is not recommended to take the product if you have a known allergy or intolerance to one or more of its components. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are advised to consult their doctor. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
