Directions for use and Dosage
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 3 tablets (1 g of activated vegetable charcoal) at least 30 minutes before a meal and 3 tablets (1 g of activated vegetable charcoal) immediately after a meal. It is recommended to take it with a glass of water.
