Supplement based on:
- Glucosamine and Chondroitin: natural compounds that function as the main substrates in the biosynthesis of proteoglycan, a fundamental component of the cartilage matrix. Glucosamine and Chondroitin are considered chondroprotective agents: after oral administration, they are well absorbed and reach the joints, providing pain relief and slowing cartilage degeneration. Glucosamine is obtained by fermentation from Aspergillus niger and corn biomass.
- Boswellia Serrata: extract titrated at 65% in boswellic acids, the main active ingredients contained in the gum resin. Studies show that boswellic acids inhibit the synthesis of the pro-inflammatory enzyme 5-lipoxygenase, reduce pain, and improve joint function without negatively modulating the synthesis of GAGs like NSAIDs.
- Hyaluronic Acid: A polysaccharide naturally present in our body with a high capacity to absorb and retain water molecules. It is an important component of synovial fluid, where it helps lubricate the joint and limit mechanical stress. It performs a protective function on cartilage against inflammation and cartilage degradation by lytic enzymes. The hyaluronic acid used has a low molecular weight to ensure better absorption and a rapid antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action. Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 tablet in the evening with water, preferably after a meal.
