Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking 30 g of product, the equivalent of two scoops, in about 100 ml of water during the day as a source of energy and support.
If you want support for physical activity, we recommend taking it in the same way but about 45 minutes before training.
Warnings
Supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose. In case of prolonged use (6-8 weeks), seek medical advice. However, do not use the product in case of liver or kidney disease.
