Indications

Food supplement containing glucosamine sulfate, chondroitin sulfate, methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), ornithine alpha-ketoglutarate (OKG), L-lysine, vitamin C and biotin.
Vitamin C promotes the normal formation of collagen for the physiological function of bones and cartilage, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and performs an antioxidant function by helping to protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C and Biotin also help the regular functioning of energy metabolism.

How to use

Recommended dose: one sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water.
