Components

• Hawthorn: is one of the main remedies for countering states of tension, it is the queen of plants for its ability to promote relaxation. It can also regulate the function of the cardiovascular system, relaxation and mental well-being, is an antioxidant, and helps regulate blood pressure. Due to its activity on the cardiovascular system, it is called "the heart plant" as it is used to promote relaxation and mental well-being.
• Passiflora incarnata: promotes mental well-being and promotes a relaxing action. Regarding the plant's effectiveness on mental well-being, it is believed that its functional ingredients bind with GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid – inhibitory neurotransmitter) receptors, inhibiting the activity of the enzyme that breaks it down.
• Valerian: is among the plants best known as "sleep-helping" plants. Its functional ingredients facilitate the induction of sleep. The mechanism of action is attributable to the inhibition of the GABA-reducing enzyme, which is a chemical mediator involved in mechanisms of neuronal excitability, relaxation, and sleep induction.

DC.] leaf dry extract 1% flavonoids, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract 0.4% valerenic acids; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
