Indications
Basica® Vital pur provides the body with alkaline minerals and trace elements:
- Zinc contributes to acid-base metabolism and is important for normal cognitive functions;
- Magnesium helps reduce stress and fatigue;
- Calcium and magnesium contribute to maintaining a good energy metabolism.

Directions for use and Dosage
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 250 ml of water or juice in the morning and evening.
Can be mixed with hot and cold foods.
Basica® Vital pur can be taken without any restrictions.
