Old Man Banksia is a single essence useful for discouraged, tired, sluggish, and indolent people, promoting the ability to manage any situation that life presents.

Directions for use and dosage

The single essence can be taken directly by placing 7 drops in a little water, morning and evening, or by diluting it.

To prepare a dilution of one or more essences, add 7 drops to a glass of water. To use single flowers, use a 30 ml bottle with a dropper, containing three-quarters of water, one-quarter of brandy as a preservative, and 7 drops of each single Essence you intend to use.

It is generally recommended not to combine more than 4 or 5 Essences.
