Ingredients

Powder of: Ashvagandha [Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal.] radix, Shatavari [Asparagus racemosus (Willd.) Oberm.] radix; stabilizers: gum arabic, magnesium salts of fatty acids (stearic); anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

Directions for use and Dosage

1 tablet twice a day with warm milk, tea or hot water. You can increase the dose and prolong the intake according to the advice of your nutritionist.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
