Asera is based on jujube, lemon balm, valerian, griffonia and melatonin.

Valerian, jujube and lemon balm contribute to mental well-being and normal mood. Furthermore, melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 15 drops per day.
