Aquilea Sleep is the ideal supplement for promoting quality sleep thanks to its dual-layer tablet formula, designed to modulate the release of its ingredients.
The first layer rapidly releases Melatonin, which helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep and is also useful during long journeys to alleviate the effects of jet lag. The second layer, however, has a progressive release throughout the night and, thanks to the extracts of Valerian, Passionflower and California Poppy that contribute to relaxation, promotes restful sleep.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, calcium phosphates; California poppy dry extract of flowering tops (Eschscholzia califomica Cham.), Passionflower dry extract of aerial parts (Passiflora incarnata L.), Valerian dry extract of root (Valerlana officinalis L.), stabilizer: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; orange flavoring, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, stabilizers: carboxymethylcellulose; Melatonin, coloring: indigo carmine [E132].
1 tablet contains:
- Melatonin: 1 mg;
- Valerian: 50 mg;
- Passionflower: 100 mg;
- California poppy: 100 mg.
Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet half an hour before bedtime, preferably at the same time each day.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
