Indications
Ansiowin is a supplement indicated for combating anxiety and stress peaks, insomnia, difficulty falling asleep, night awakenings, jet lag and night shifts.

- Theanine and Ashwagandha act as a tonic in cases of physical and mental fatigue, furthermore Ashwagandha promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Directions for use and Dosage
To relieve anxiety and stress, we recommend taking 0.5 ml twice a day.
To promote a good night's sleep, we recommend taking 1 ml before bed.
Measure with a dropper pipette and dilute in a little water.
Shake before use.
