Indications
Ansiophil is a supplement that acts with a relaxing and physiological recovery effect in cases of psychophysical stress. The active ingredients contained in the Griffonia and Melissa extract promote normal mood, relaxation and mental well-being.

Composition
Griffonia (Griffonia simplicifolia DC Baill. dried seeds) dry extract tit. 95% 5-HTP, Protizen® (Pollachius virens) hydrolyzed extract of marine peptides, Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis leaves) dry extract tit. 0.8% rosmarinic acid, L-theanine.
Directions for use and dosage
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, preferably in the morning.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
