Indications

Ansiolix is a supplement based on melatonin, valerian and chamomile.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 0.5 ml) shortly before bedtime. Valerian promotes relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Chamomile promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients

Water, chamomile flower heads dry extract tit. 1.2% in apigenin (Matricaria chamomilla L.), valerian root and rhizome dry extract tit. 0.42% total sesquiterpenic acids, calculated as valerenic acid (Valeriana officinalis L.), apple juice, pear juice, melatonin; acidifier: citric acid; flavorings; preservative: potassium sorbate; thickener: xanthan gum.

Gluten-free and naturally lactose-free.

Directions for use and Dosage

It is recommended to take 0.5 ml of product per day, preferably in the evening 30/60 minutes before bedtime.
For use of the product by children under 12 years of age, it is advisable to seek medical advice.
The product can be taken as is or diluted in about half a glass of water.
Shake before use.
Any slight variations in color and taste and the possible formation of precipitates, which can be suspended by shaking, are linked to the normal variability of the ingredients of plant origin and do not indicate an alteration in the quality of the product.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
