Food supplement useful for promoting sleep and improving sleep quality.
Indications
Food supplement dosed in single tablets and formulated in compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA). It is composed of ingredients useful when their intake through the diet is reduced or absent. Tindalgut, a blend of tyndallized probiotics, supports the balance of the intestinal flora (microbiota). Valerian and Passionflower facilitate mental relaxation in case of stress and consequently induce sleep. Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag with the intake of a minimum of 0.5 mg of the substance on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination, contributing to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep.
Completing the formula, enriching it and making it exclusive, are Theanine and Griffonia simplicifolia which is indicated for modulating mood tone.

(folium extract); Griffonia simplicifolia (root extract with 5% Theanine; TINDALGUT probiotic blend: tyndallized Lactobacillus acidophilus SGL11, tyndallized Lactobacillus casei SGL15, tyndallized Lactobacillus plantarum SGL07, tyndallized Streptococcus thermophilus SGST 01); Melatonin; Vitamin B1. Non-functional components: HPMC (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose), maltodextrin, silica, magnesium stearate.

Take one tablet a day with a sip of water two hours before bedtime.

Possible presence of lactose, casein and corn maltodextrin.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place (< 25 °C) away from sunlight and direct heat sources. Do not dispose of the container in the environment. The minimum shelf life refers to the product in its intact packaging and stored correctly.
