Passionflower
Thanks to the synergy between flavonoids and alkaloids, it is useful for mild forms of insomnia due to fatigue, stress, insomnia caused by cerebral excitement, when the obstacle to sleep is due to excessive intellectual work, or in anxious, stressed subjects. Particularly interesting is that the sleep induced by passionflower is very similar to physiological sleep, with rapid awakening and no feeling of dullness.
Melissa
Known since ancient times for its calming properties, it promotes the relaxation of smooth muscles, facilitating general relaxation.
Hawthorn
It helps eliminate the emotional component of certain hypertensive states.

Directions for use
Syrup: take 3 tablespoons of syrup throughout the day or 2 tablespoons before bedtime.
