Magnesium is also essential for normal muscle function, to promote the body's electrolyte balance, for the maintenance of normal bones and, together with vitamins B2, B6, B12 and folic acid, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend 1-4 tablets per day daily as directed by your doctor.
