Indications
AlgiOST is a supplement based on Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Manganese, Vitamin K and Vitamin D which contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
Vitamin D also contributes to the normal absorption/use of calcium and phosphorus and, together with Magnesium, to normal muscle function.
Magnesium also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissues.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Directions for use and Dosage
