Magnesium-based food supplement
Indications
Algimag 300 is recommended for magnesium deficiency symptoms: muscle cramps and spasms, irritability, anxiety, tiredness, and sleep disturbances. In combination with vitamin B6 and inositol, it also promotes energy production and stress reduction.
Composition
Acidifier: citric acid; magnesium carbonate, myo-inositol, marine magnesium (magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate), magnesium L-pidolate, magnesium citrate, flavoring; sweetener: steviol glycosides; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6).
Gluten-free.

Directions for use and Dosage
We recommend taking 2 teaspoons a day, away from meals.
