Alegrate is a preparation based on Skullcap that can improve mood. It carries out its action by directly stimulating serotonin receptors, resulting in a reduction in anxiety, a reduction in the feeling of hunger, and an improvement in the quality of sleep. Reacting in a targeted way, it promotes a feeling of calm and relaxation, consequently also regulating the uncontrollable urge to eat.
Other uses: as an adjuvant to weight-loss diets to reduce the feeling of hunger.
Ingredients
Bulking agents: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; skullcap (Scutellaria baicalensis georgi) leaves dry extract 60 mg; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Directions for use and dosage
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 tablets per day. Maintenance: 1 tablet in the morning.
Warnings
Alegrate can also be taken if you are undergoing therapy with other drugs or natural preparations as long as they are in compliance with the instructions. Taken one hour apart (its active ingredient does not cause enzymatic induction at blood level).
Do not take during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
