Boswellia contributes to joint function and counteracts localized tension. Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function. Vitamin B2 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions for use and Dosage
It is recommended to take 1 or 2 sachets per day, unless otherwise advised by your doctor. Pour the contents of 1 sachet into 150 ml of water at room temperature.
