Directions for use and Dosage
Take 1 sachet in the morning and 1 sachet in the afternoon. Dissolve the sachet in a glass of water (approximately 200 ml). It is preferable to take the product on a full stomach.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.

The product must be used as part of an adequate low-calorie diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, longer than three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Any microgranules present at the bottom of the glass should not be chewed as they contain microencapsulated chili pepper. Leaving the powder in water for a long time may cause a tingling sensation after ingestion, due to the dissolving of the microgranules; it is therefore advisable to dissolve the sachet and drink immediately. The product is not recommended for fissures or hemorrhoidal plexus disorders.
