How to use Directions for use

For weight loss: Take 2 to 4 tablets (4 tablets for a carbohydrate-rich meal) with a large glass of water before main meals.
- Take one tablet at a time.
- For weight maintenance: Take 2 to 3 tablets with a glass of water before main meals.
