Directions for use

For optimal application of Acme Smigol powder, carefully follow the instructions below:

• For foals without a swallowing reflex: Prepare a homogeneous suspension by mixing 60 grams of Smigol with 150 ml of warm water in a suitable container. Shake gradually until the desired consistency is achieved. Allow to cool and administer orally via nasoesophageal tube.
• General dosage (Powder): Administer 60 g (corresponding to two measuring spoons) per 100 kg of body weight per day.
• In case of acute symptoms: Repeat administration every 12 hours. Treatment can vary from one to seven days, or until complete resolution of symptoms. Please note that one measuring spoon contains 30 g of Smigol.

For the oral paste, the recommended dosage is 1-2 syringes per 100 kg of body weight per day. Again, for acute diarrhea, repeat the administration every 12 hours for one to seven days, until symptoms resolve.
