Product Description

Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory gel for the treatment of ulcers and wounds.

Indications

Revamil gel is composed exclusively of pure honey (100%), standardized and gamma irradiated with a high enzymatic concentration. It provides effective, constant antibacterial action thanks to the slow release of 3% hydrogen peroxide; Gluconic acid creates an acidic environment of pH 3.5 that inhibits bacterial proliferation.

The product meets all the phases of T.I.M.E:

• allows management of the wound bed (through autolytic debridement);
• manages infections thanks to its bactericidal and bacteriostatic action;
• attracts fluids, reduces exudate production and protects the edges of the wound;
• stimulates fibroblastic activity, promoting and accelerating skin regeneration.

Revamil gel is indicated:

• For the reduction of the bacterial load in ulcers with modest exudate;
• to promote the debridement of necrotic lesions;
• for deep cleansing of wounds.

The product is also suitable for the management of chronic, acute, infected, deep and cavity wounds, for pressure ulcers, vascular ulcers, diabetic foot, ulcers of various etiologies, surgical wounds and 1st and 2nd degree burns.

Directions for use

Clean the wound with saline solution, apply a thin layer of product and bandage with a secondary dressing.
