Product Description

CE medical device in Gel indicated for the treatment of dry or fibrinous necrotic tissue, both superficial and deep.

Indications

The alginate contained in Purilon absorbs exudate, avoiding maceration of the wound, creating an optimal moist microenvironment that favors granulation.
Thanks to its hydrating and absorbent characteristics, it promotes automatic debridement of the wound.
The high viscosity and cohesion make it more easy to dispense and remain in the position in which it is applied thanks to the comfortable ergonomic applicator, ensuring total respect for the perilesional skin.

Ingredients

Amorphous viscous hydrogel composed of purified water (> 90%), containing particles based on hydrophilic polymers in gel and calcium alginate.
Does not contain glycol, 100% natural product.

Directions for use and Dosage

Warnings

Do not use on 3rd degree burns. degree.
In case of an allergic reaction, please contact the manufacturer for information on the different components.
Purilon Gel must be removed before radiation treatment (X-rays, ultrasound, diathermy, and microwave treatment).
