Product Description

CE medical device useful in cases of gas colic, meteorism and aerophagia.

Indications

Colinox  is a gastrofunctional oral suspension based on simethicone and bacillus coagulans, formulated in drops for easier administration. It works by reducing the surface tension of gas bubbles that form inside the digestive system.

It is useful in the treatment of meteorism, aerophagia, and gas colic in infants, children, and adults, even in the presence of alterations in the intestinal bacterial flora.

It is also used in cases of dyspeptic disorders, in all cases where a reduction in gastric emptying times is required, and in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome and as an adjuvant in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori.

Composition

Simethicone (30% emulsion), Bacillus coagulans spores (minimum 1.5 ml/g), fructose, sodium benzoate, flavoring.

Directions for use and Dosage

Shake the bottle vigorously before use. In order to facilitate the correct dispensing of the viscous (dense) product in drops, apply light pressure, but sufficient, on the walls of the bottle.

• Adults and children: 20 drops, possibly diluted in a liquid, 2-4 times a day, preferably after meals or as otherwise advised by your doctor;
• Infant: 10 drops, possibly diluted in a liquid, 2-4 times a day, or as otherwise advised by your doctor.

Warnings

• Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the product components;
• In case of adverse reactions, discontinue use of the product and consult your doctor;
• Do not use the product after the expiry date indicated on the package.

NB: The The presence of Bacillus coagulans may affect the organoleptic characteristics of the product; therefore, variations in color and/or flavor may be observed without any deterioration in its quality.

Storage

• Keep away from heat sources and out of the reach of children;
• The product maintains its complete gastrointestinal functionality for 30 days after opening;
• Reseal the bottle tightly after use.
