Characteristics
Kalumax syrup contains Helicis pomatiae or vineyard snail, belonging to the order of gastropods, it is rich in enzymes (polygalacturonase, protease, sulfohydrolase, beta-glucuroinase, etc.) which are able to decompose numerous organic molecules, such as proteins, glycoproteins, polysaccharides.
The beneficial properties of Kalumax syrup are: Expectorants and catarrhal fluidifiers, based on an action that modifies bronchial secretions, are primarily attributable to the pool of lytic enzymes in which the syrup is rich.
These enzymes, by breaking down the large molecules that enter into the composition of the thick catarrhal mucus that clogs the respiratory tract, alter the viscosity of the bronchial secretion in the direction of greater fluidity, modifying its volume and allowing its mobilization and elimination from the bronchi.
Use in all irritating processes of the bronchial respiratory tract, to dissolve the catarrh and facilitate its elimination; in whooping cough, in coughs associated with influenza, para-influenza and acute and chronic bronchitis, to stop the cough stimulus and fluidize the mucus in order to facilitate its elimination.

Helicis Pomatie; sucrose; potassium sorbate; raspberry flavor.
Directions for use
Up to 30 months of age: 2 to 6 teaspoons per day. Up to 10 years of age: 2 to 4 tablespoons per day. Above: 2 to 4 tablespoons per day. The syrup should be taken between meals; a treatment cycle usually lasts 10 days.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult a doctor.
