Indications

Grintuss Pediatric is a product based on honey and molecular complexes that performs a protective and consequently soothing action on the upper airways.
It acts on dry coughs by counteracting irritation of the mucosa and on chesty coughs by promoting hydration and the elimination of mucus.
Grintuss is a product with organic ingredients, gluten-free and with a pleasant flavor.
Grintuss pediatric syrup in single-dose vials is indicated for the treatment of both dry and chesty coughs in children aged 6 years and older.
Grintuss protects the mucosa, calming irritation, hydrates and promotes the elimination of mucus through the following mechanisms of action:

• Barrier Effect: forms a protective film that adheres to the mucosa and protects it from contact with irritants
• Muco-regulating Action: promotes mucus hydration and facilitates its elimination
• Lubricating Action: reduces rubbing in the pharynx which causes coughing

Grintuss modulates coughing without suppressing it, thus respecting its important role in defending the upper airways.

Composition

Grintuss pediatric syrup is formulated with plant molecular complexes such as resins, polysaccharides and flavonoids. These substances, combined with honey, give the product mucoadhesive, protective and emollient properties with a very pleasant taste.

• Molecular complex of resins, polysaccharides and flavonoids from Grindelia*, Plantain* and Helichrysum* (Polyresin);
Titrated in polysaccharides (molecular weight > 20,000 Daltons) ≥ 20%

Also contains: Cane sugar*; Water; Essential oils of: Lemon, Sweet orange, Myrtle; Natural lemon flavouring; Gum arabic; Xanthan gum.

Grintuss pediatric syrup does not contain synthetic, semi-synthetic or genetically modified substances.

Directions for use and Dosage

We recommend taking 1 vial two to four times a day, with the last administration before going to bed.
