Indications:
Penetrates necrotic tissue, dry fibrin deposits, and eschar, rehydrating the tissue, allowing for atraumatic tissue removal. At the same time, it penetrates deeply, moistens, and protects the wound bed. It absorbs exudate, preventing wound maceration and creating an optimal moist microenvironment.

Characteristics:
Sterile primary dressing based on hydrophilic polymers with a high water content, for the treatment of necrotic or fibrinous tissue, both superficial and deep.
It has an amorphous hydrogel base (propylene glycogel + aqueous gel) with the addition of sodium alginate.
To remove it, simply irrigate the wound with sterile saline solution.
