Composition:
DICLORAL 0.074% Mouthwash 100 ml of mouthwash contain: Active ingredient: diclofenac acid (2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid) 0.074 g. DICLORAL 0.3 mg/spray Spray for oral mucosa One spray (corresponding to 0.2 ml) contains: Active ingredient: diclofenac acid (2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid) 0.3 mg. Excipients

Therapeutic indications
Symptomatic treatment of irritative-inflammatory conditions also associated with pain in the oropharyngeal cavity (e.g. gingivitis, stomatitis, pharyngitis), also as a consequence of conservative or extractive dental therapy.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity to the components of the product or substances closely related from a chemical point of view to acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs
Dosage
Mouthwash The recommended dose is 2-3 rinses or Gargle daily with 15 ml (1 measuring spoon or 1 sachet) of mouthwash pure or diluted in a little water. Oral mucosa spray. The recommended dose is 2 sprays three times a day, directed directly at the affected area. Each spray delivers 0.2 ml of solution equivalent to 0.3 mg of active ingredient.
Warnings and precautions
Any accidental swallowing of the dose of mouthwash used for rinsing and gargling does not cause any harm to the patient as it is equivalent to one-fifth/sixth of the dose recommended for systemic administration. Use, especially if prolonged, of topical preparations can cause serious side effects. give rise to sensitization phenomena, in which case it is necessary to discontinue treatment and institute, if necessary, appropriate therapy.
Interactions
No negative interactions have been observed with other drugs commonly used in the relevant therapy.
Side effects
Diclofenac is generally well tolerated and side effects rarely occur. Clinical studies conducted with DICLORAL 0.074% Mouthwash have highlighted, especially with prolonged treatments, the appearance of irritation phenomena affecting the oral mucosa, generally of a mild nature. Cough. In clinical studies with DICLORAL 0.3 mg/spray oral mucosa spray, mild (nausea, hypotension, chills, vision changes and dyspepsia) or moderate (headache and changes in mucous membranes) side effects were observed only in a small number of treated patients.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
In pregnant and breastfeeding women, the product should be used only in cases of real need, under the direct supervision of a doctor.
