How to use and Dosage

1. With clean hands, roll the earplugs between your fingers, pressing them along the length and reducing their volume.
2. Pull your ear slightly upwards with your hand and with the other hand insert the plug deeply into the ear canal.
3. Fix the plug with your finger until it has expanded and sits comfortably.
