Medication in the form of ear drops. Ideal for wax and epidermal plugs.
Cerulisina is a medicine in drops useful for dissolving wax and epidermal plugs. In cleaning dressings of surgical cavities following middle ear surgery.
1 ml contains dimethylbenzene 46 mg, sweet almond oil 870 mg.

The usual dose is equal to the contents of the dropper. For hard plugs, instillations are performed 2-3 times a day and the treatment should be continued for 3-5 days depending on the quantity of wax to be extracted. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Topical use. The contents of a dropper, preferably warm, are poured into the ear canal after tilting the head. The patient should remain in this position for 5-10 minutes. The ear is then rinsed with warm water.
The use of the medicine does not require any particular precautions. Do not use in cases of perforated eardrum. Use of the medicine, especially if prolonged, may give rise to sensitization phenomena. If this occurs, discontinue treatment and institute appropriate therapy. Do not use the medicine after the expiry date shown on the package.
There are no known interactions between cerulisina and other drugs.
