Directions for use

For a safe and maximum effective application, carefully follow these steps, ensuring an optimal ear cleaning experience:

1. Prepare the cone by placing it in the appropriate hole of the protective disk, then gently light the upper part.
2. Lay your head on a horizontal surface and carefully insert the cone into the ear hole, supporting it gently with your hand throughout the treatment.
3. Once the cone has settled, remove it from the ear canal. Once it's about three-quarters full, carefully remove it from the ear canal and put out the flame by immersing it in water.
4. If you have stubborn earwax, we recommend applying the provided softening drops after using the cone and, if necessary, repeating the cleaning process for optimal results.
