Dialsi's Corn and Rice Tagliatelle is a type of pasta without additives, bronze-drawn and specifically formulated for celiacs. It is produced using only corn and rice flours, without the use of additives, in particular without mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (E471). The use of bronze dies and low-temperature drying give the pasta the appearance and characteristics of a genuine and appetizing food.
