Characteristics

Pasta made with red lentils and brown rice, a product specifically formulated for people intolerant to gluten, steamed. It is a source of vegetable protein and low in saturated fat and, thanks also to the fiber from brown rice, represents a complete food.

Ingredients

Red lentil flour (40%), brown rice (21%), yellow corn, white corn, rice, corn fiber, potato starch; emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of vegetable fatty acids.

Gluten-free.
