Directions for use and Dosage

In case of mild heartburn, take one filter per day as needed. In case of severe burning, take two filters a day, preferably after meals.

Preparation: Prepare the herbal tea using one filter in a cup of water (200 ml) brought almost to a boil (80°) and leave to infuse for 7-8 minutes, taking care to cover the cup to avoid losing the precious volatile substances. Consume immediately.
