Directions for use
We recommend drinking 1 cup of herbal tea twice a day, after main meals.
To prepare the infusion, pour boiling water into a cup (about 200 ml) over the filter, taking care to cover it to avoid the dispersion of the more volatile aromatic substances.
Leave to infuse for a few minutes.
It is not necessary to add sugar, as the particular formulation makes the infusion pleasant; If necessary, we recommend using honey.
