Ingredients

Senna, Mallow, Lemon Balm, Fennel, Green Anise, Caraway, Vitamin B3, Stevia. Contains senna, it is a product to be used as needed.

Directions for use and Dosage

Drink a cup of herbal tea in the evening when you feel the need, for no more than seven consecutive days.

Preparation: Prepare the herbal tea using a filter in a cup of water (200 ml) brought almost to a boil (80°) and leave to infuse for 7-8 minutes, taking care to cover the cup to avoid losing the precious volatile substances. Consume immediately.
