Directions for use

Decoction: Add 2 level tablespoons to half a liter of cold water. Then boil slowly for 15 to 20 minutes. Strain (sweeten with honey if desired) and sip.
Infusion: Add one level tablespoon to a teacup, pour boiling water over it, and leave to steep under a lid for 20 to 30 minutes.
